How to be a Healthy Hedonist.

Being a Healthy Hedonist is making regular good choices for your life. There is no BOOTCAMP allowed here!

By making sure that your body, mind and nutrition stay in balance, you can feel healthier, happier and more motivated, giving you the freedom to follow your dreams. 

There are no right or wrong answers either. Everyone is different, my husband loves cycling hundreds of miles on his own and following a strict diet whereas I love a social stroll, with coffee and cake included!

We are both Healthy Hedonists in our own way.

The main parts to this lifestyle:

Mind - what makes you happy?, what motivates you? what would be your ideal _____________?(life, family, job...), what challenges you and helps you grow?

Body - What movements help you or hurt you?, what speed do you work best at?, what exercise format brings you back day after day and is not a chore?, what self-care helps your body?

Nutrition - What foods do you like? Where and with whom do you like to eat? What speed do you eat at? What foods can heal you? What foods cause you damage? What level of calories do you need for your lifestyle? What is food to you- a reward, a crutch, a treat, a celebration or purely fuel?
