Heather combines her senior leadership background, coaching expertise and love of the outdoors to create a truly powerful coaching experience. Partnering with nature, she supports her clients to find calmness and clarity, get creative, and gain the courage to make meaningful change in their career or wider life.
She runs group 'walkshops' and outdoor 1-to-1 coaching sessions for corporate leaders and business owners, and loves to inspire people to experience the benefits of getting outdoors more often.
Away from work she's keen a cyclist and gardener, and passionate about sustainable living.

Hello everyone!
My name is Jey Nair. I help women balance their hormones through nutrition and health coaching and bring vitality and exuberance to their lives. I specialise in perimenopause and menopause as I am in that stage of life and can understand what women are going through. I am a registered nutritional therapist and have gained a qualification from (CNM) College of Naturopathic Medicine, London. I run retreats and group programmes for women in perimenpause and menopause and I am a professional speaker.

Hi I’m Anne-Marie. I am a practitioner in Anxiety Reframe Therapy.
I work with the body in a gentle modality to shift from the fight and flight state to a more restorative place. Showing you how to access a more relaxed state. Using brain plasticity and the Polyvagal Theory I can show how we get fixed in certain states and how to get out of them.
My background is in education. I work with clients who have anxiety, autism, adhd and many other backgrounds. I look forward to meeting you all and help you on a journey of resilience and a new way of being.
I live in a tiny fishing village in the North East of Scotland. I enjoy wild swimming, singing and a good blether (chat).

Julie Angel is a movement coach, advanced breathwork instructor (Oxygen Advantage) artist, award winning filmmaker and author. After completing the world's first parkour themed Ph.D. she continued to move and learn from some of the best teachers and coaches with different approaches to movement and lifestyle. An eternal optimist, she now focuses on helping midlife women break free from the negative cycle of extreme workouts, diets, anxiety and injuries to developing a positive ageing approach to sustainable strength and balance in life. She uses Movement Snacks, Breathwork, Strong Resting, positive ageing and tools from parkour & natural movement to help people connect to and create a strong body and strong mind. Finding and creating your own fun, sustainable movement culture should be a fun practice that feels good.
